These terms apply to HOC Unlimited Advertising services offered through nfc.hocua.com, including NFC digital business cards, digital profile pages, Apple Wallet compatible cards, customer support, renewals, and service notifications.
By purchasing, requesting, accessing, or using an NFC digital business card service from HOC Unlimited Advertising, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
HOC Unlimited Advertising provides NFC digital business card services, which may include digital profile pages, Apple Wallet compatible card files, contact-saving features, NFC card setup support, card status updates, renewal support, profile update support, replacement support, and related customer service.
Customers are responsible for submitting accurate information during the request process, including name, company name, title, phone number, email address, website, social media links, business address, logos, profile photos, and any additional details required for the selected plan.
After the customer submits the request form, HOC Unlimited Advertising may generate a digital profile, Apple Wallet compatible card, downloadable card file, or related digital assets based on the selected plan. Delivery time may vary depending on the submitted information, image quality, system processing, and service availability.
Some plans may include a physical NFC card. Physical card production may require customer approval, logo review, image quality verification, and additional processing time. HOC Unlimited Advertising may request a higher quality logo or file if the uploaded artwork is not suitable for printing or personalization.
Some NFC digital card plans may include an expiration date or renewal period. Customers may receive service-related reminders before expiration. Renewal pricing, plan features, renewal availability, and service terms may change over time.
Customers may request updates to their NFC digital profile or card information when supported by their plan. HOC Unlimited Advertising may require identity verification, a security PIN, email verification, or another validation method before applying updates.
Customers may choose to receive service-related SMS notifications from HOC Unlimited Advertising. SMS notifications may include card readiness alerts, order or status updates, renewal reminders, profile update confirmations, support notifications, phone replacement or card reactivation support, and important card status notices.
Customers opt in to SMS notifications by manually selecting the SMS consent checkbox during the NFC card request process. The checkbox is optional and is not required to complete a purchase or request.
Customers may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, customers may reply START to resubscribe where supported.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. HOC Unlimited Advertising does not store full payment card numbers. Payment confirmation may be used to activate, renew, or process the selected service.
Customers agree not to submit unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringing, unauthorized, or inappropriate content. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, images, names, business information, trademarks, or other materials submitted for their card.
Designs, layouts, digital templates, website interfaces, card presentation styles, graphics, code structure, and related service materials created by HOC Unlimited Advertising remain the property of HOC Unlimited Advertising unless otherwise agreed in writing.
HOC Unlimited Advertising aims to keep digital card services available and functional, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be affected by hosting providers, mobile devices, third-party platforms, internet connectivity, Apple Wallet compatibility, NFC device support, or other external factors.
The service may involve third-party platforms such as payment processors, SMS providers, email providers, hosting providers, Apple Wallet compatible technologies, NFC-related tools, analytics tools, and security services. These third-party services may have their own terms and policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HOC Unlimited Advertising is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
HOC Unlimited Advertising may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
